hello i am having a problem with my tour.
I can enter a new person into the address book it will stay there for about 5 minutes then randomly delete.
I have tried a battery pull but do not know how else to fix this.
I am on a BES server and this is the 2nd tour i have recieved as a replacement for the last (broken charger )but the last did not have this problem.

Version - 4.7.1.40

Could it possibly be the case that a sync is set up improperly, and a master contact list is being pushed down to your BB and wiping out any changes you've made?
