Question OS question

How do I know on what OS version is runing my phone? I thinking on buy TetherBerry but the reuirement for the phone are 4.5.0.83 and I don't know if I have that. If I get this program do I have to pay a monthly fee for the service.

The tetherberry works fine and there is no monthly charge, assuming that you have a data plan
