I do not have ALL the options for call forwarding and cannot make changes to it? I am the BES admin and am not blocking this function, any Ideas?

well you should call sprint. for vzw all you have to do is dial *72 and 10 digit number and it forwards. there should be no reason you cannot forward your calls.

Did you click on the Menu button and select New Number? The device can't turn on call forwarding if there isn't a number to forward to. You can always use *72 and *73 as well.
