I am thinking about upgrading from my trusty 8330 Curve. It's my 2nd BB which was upgraded from a 7103. Looked at the Storm2 and realized I'm not a fan of touch screens. I also looked at the Droid and browser speed is very fast. I'm more of an email guy, but I'm don't want to live with a dial up connection for an occasional surf on the internet.

With U.S. Cellular, the Blackberry browsing speeds are the same and it shouldn't matter what kind of BB you have. I'm not sure if Verizon is the same tho. If you're in an EVDO area (high speed) it's 2.4mbps and if you're just in the 1X area then you're going to get anywhere from 400-700 kbps. I've had a Curve for a little of a year and just upgraded to a Blackberry Tour and I think the browser is a little quicker on the Tour (IMO). I hope this helps!

I have a Tour on Verizon and have to say that the browsing speed is very good...the only thing faster would be WiFi, I think. Some claim that 3rd party browsers like Bolt and Opera Mini are faster...I've tried both but I can't see the difference between those and the native BB browser.
