What am I doing wrong??
Just got my Tour unlocked. Inserted my ATT sim and all I get is a busy sig with every number I try to dial?? Will I need to call ATT and give them the new IMEI number to make it work? Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Try a battery pull.

Still not working. It doesn't say EDGE in the top right either. Hummmm...

What does it say? Can we assume that it is provisioned with a BB data plan?
Perhaps there is a data outage in your area? Does the SIM work properly in another BB?
Try another battery pull and leave it out for a few minutes. That has been known to work, for some strange reason. Might also try removing the SD card if one is installed.

You have to log into your BIS page at AT&T to enter the PIN and IMEI to associate your data plan with your new Tour.
