Default Updating PRL/provisioning status stuck on Tour

Please Login to Remove!

Over the past week, the provisioning dialogue box pops up and the only way to get rid of it is to pull battery. After a while, it comes back. Why is this?

and it really only does it once I begin a call.......

is there a number you're supposed to call like a *228 for the update or something? Might want to check with your provider to see. Should be a 40 second phone call where you sit there and listen to elevator music... then it should be good.

Try logging into the Sprint BIS page and re-entering your PIN and IMEI under "Change Devices". If it continues you'll have to call Sprint Support and have them walk you through entering info on the programming screen. Sounds like something didn't take or is incorrect, preventing proper provisioning. And of course you'll have to have a BlackBerry data plan on your account.
