I have just received my new Tour from VZW. I am replacing an AT&T 8310 on BIS and the Tour will be on BIS as well. Can I use the Switch Device Wizard since the phones are from different carriers or will I need to sync after the activation and manually set up e-mail.

You will need to create a new BIS account with Verizon and add your email accounts to it. If you use the ATT BB email address, that will be lost and gone forever as it cannot move to VZW.

You can use Switch Device wizard to move data from one device to the other.

That's what I thought, I just needed to hear it from someone Blackberrier than me.
