Default Trouble Upgrading from 4.7.1.61 to 5.0.0.230

Please Login to Remove!

Just received a replacement Tour due to the horizontal trackball issues. My new device is a "green-dot" device and came pre-loaded with 4.7.1.61. Unfortunately I cannot upgrade to 5.0.0.230 using Desktop Manager or Loader.exe.

Vendor.xml has been deleted properly but I'd love to get back to 5.0.0.230.

Reboots of both phone and computer have been performed.

Any thoughts or suggestions on how to go to 5.0.0.230?

See if that helps you.

Wirelessly posted (8820)

So, was that the issue, two vendor.xml files?
