Default Mass Storage Mode Issue

Please Login to Remove!

Can't get mass storage mode to work.

I've enabled it, rebooted BB, rebooted computer, tried a different SD card, reformated the SD cards, tried using the 'BB Storage Activation New' program, uninstalled the drivers for RIM in device management...ooh and tried using a different cable. Nothing works.

It connects and works fine with the Device manager.

I think it used to work when I first got it, but I don't remeber excetly what messed it up. Last week I did two things that could potentially have caused problems first I updated the OS, and second I used this site (BlackBerry eScreen Unlock Code Generator (by Thyth)) to unlock the secret help me screen. I did it only for 1 day thought... Anyone know what the problem is and how to fix?

Fixed. It was a drive mapping issue caused by my network mapping problem Novell. Logged out, plugged in BB and it worked. Changed drive letter then plugged back in logged into novel and now I'm problem free.

Default Issues with SD card and Blackberry Tour

Another wonderful problem you are expected to see with your BB Tour - sometimes when you connect your BB to a PC with BB Desktop installed, and attempt to browse contents of your SD card - a message comes-up that drive is damaged and needs to be fixed. DO NOT FIX your SD card - this will render it useless, just ignore the warning and continue with your mission (loading new MP3, transferring data, etc...).

Hope this problem will be addressed in the future BB Tour OS release
