I have a very strange problem with my Tour voice mail. My office phone allows me to twin it with another phone. When i was out of the office on an extended trip I twinned my office phone with my BB Tour. I worked pretty well...anyone calling my office phone would be forwarded to my cell phone. However a strange thing occurred after I turned off the twinning feature on my office phone. Any calls coming into my BB Tour that are not answered get forwarded to my office phone voicemail. I never set the BB Tour to do this it somehow did it on its own and I can't figure out how to turn it off. I want to be able to use my BB Tour Verizon voicemail account now but can't and can not figure out how to change it on my tour.

Any ideas?

Try dialing *73 and see if that works. On your BB that is.

I am a new Blackberry user and cannot find a valid passcode for voicemail. I want to start with a new one. What are the rules for setting up a "valid" passcode? And how do I do it?

You would need to contact your provider to have them reset your voicemail passcode, or set it up initially for you.
