Our office email system stopped working overnight. Our part-time I.T. guy came in this morning and fixed it, and is now gone.

Whatever they did knocked my Tour off the system, and I have stopped getting my email on it. I've checked Verizon's support pages on their website, but can't find an easy answer.

Does anyone know how I can re-establish contact with my email to get them back on my Tour?

I think that you would need to get in contact with your IT guy to get it back online. Is this on a BES account?

This is an outlook account.
I'm getting my hotmail emails no problem.

Agree on getting the IT person back. Not much we can do without knowing what he/she did.
