visual voicemail won't update automatically
 

i recently updated my visual voicemail on my tour (i use verizon) and now it doesn't automatically update with my voice mails on the screen anymore. i had no idea people were leaving me messages and when i finally called my voice mail like i used to, i realized there were unheard messages that go all the way back to november. does anyone know how to get the visual vm to work properly again?

try a battery pull, i had the same problem. it worked for me.
