Default my calls wont show contacts name

Please Login to Remove!

when receiving a call it would only show me the phone number lucky i remember some numbers, but the thing is that it only does it sometimes well maybe more then it shows em any hints, thanks..

What model BB do you have? Your profile shows 8100 and this is posted in the 9600 Forum.

If the phone number is not exactly like it is listed in your contacts it looks to the BlackBerry like a completely different number. I've also see where a poorly designed theme can disable this on-screen ID process.
