Adding work e-mail to my Tour
 

Trying to add my work e-mail to my new Tour. The work server is using Microsoft Outlook. Tried to just add the e-mail address, but no luck. Any suggestions?

First, how are you trying to add the email account?

If it won't work, it may be that your email server does not allow BIS. At that point I would talk to your IT office.

You didn't say BES in original post. Your are posting in a model-specific forum, not the BES forum. I assumed BIS.

Talk to your IT people.

To OP, Microsoft Outlook isn't an email type. Is your work using an Exchange Server? Can you access your work email via Outlook Web Access? If not, you need to find out what type of email it is. If so, then you might be able to add your work email by following these steps (if it's not contrary to your work policies).
