Default Can't connect to Internet

Please Login to Remove!

I'm suddenly getting a "Can't connect to Internet" error. I've cleared the cache and done a battery pull. Nothing is working. What should I do?

I'm on Verizon.

I just tried my girlfriend's phone, which is the exact same Tour in the exact same apartment. It is also not connecting to the Web or any Web apps. I guess Verizon's network must be down?
