Too much in one application, runs way to slow compared to individual apps running separately but at same time. Nice effort though, perhaps re-look at it down the road.

I would hide this application, too much emphasis is being paid in making the BB (essentially a business tool ) into a social gizmo. It is only going to be drawing more and more battery life out of your system, i cna see having it and turning it on when and if you need it if at all rather than having it running in the background constantly.

Because it's a service book pushed to you by Verizon, deleting it will just be temporary. They'll simply push it onto your BB again. Best to just hide the icon and be done with it.
