Default Transfer Data from Treo 755p to Blackberry 9630

Please Login to Remove!

I cannot get my Treo to transfer data to my Blackberry. I can select the action from the Desktop Manager and both devices are connected to my laptop, but when I get to the page to select the desktop organizer, everything is greyed out. Has anyone else experienced this and has anyone found a solution/workaround? Thanks!

Wirelessly posted

The blackberry desktop manager can only read blackberrys. Sync your treo with the software for it then sync your bb with bdm.

Two options:

1 - See if the switch device wizard in desktop manager supports your treo. If so, run the wizard and follow the directions.

2 - Sync the treo PIM data with Outlook or the Lotus product that is supported by Desktop Manager. (Desktop manager will also sync with Yahoo.) Then setup Desktop Manager to sync the blackberry with whatever you have chosen (Outlook, Lotus, Yahoo).

You could also set up GMail and GooSync on both devices.
