Question Is there an APP yet for youtube

Please Login to Remove!

I've noticed that "m.youtube.com" doesn't have the entire list of youtube videos on it...

Is there a real youtube app out there for download?

Thanks for this, but I was hoping that there was an official You Tube app like there is for the Storm.

JS, I'm beginning to doubt myself, because if you don't know about something, then I must be confused...But, my understanding is that there is an official You Tube app (one produced by Google/You Tube). When the Tour was first released, one could navigate to m.google.com and download the You Tube app. However, it was impossible to get past the "accept" screen because the app was expecting the device to be a touch screen (I think because only the Storm was running 4.7 or 4.6 at that point, before the introduction of the Tour) and so there was no way to accept on the Tour's non-touch screen.

There was a brief discussion here, YouTube application (and on other early threads for the Tour) and a more lengthy discussion on Goggle's own help pages YouTube app on Blackberry Tour? - Google Mobile Help

Anyways, my understanding is that there is an official You Tube app (i.e. one released by Google/You Tube) and I was hoping that it had been made available for the Tour.

Ah. I see. Clicked on it from the m.google.com page and it takes me to m.youtube.com, so I don't think that is an app but just the mobile-enhanced youtube page.

Anyway, thanks. There are many things I don't know about... still in the learning mode.

I wouldn't say that there are "many" things, hahah...anyways, huh, that is interesting as I haven't tried downloading the app recently. I think that directing Tour (and maybe other) users to the You Tube mobile site is Google's solution to the "problem," but it definitely used to be a full-blown app at one point, wish they would get back to that. But now this is beating a dead horse, we'll see what happens.
