Unhappy Embarassing picture upload problem...

Please Login to Remove!

Where do I begin? Well I was at the beach when I asked my mother if I could borrow her phone (BlackBerry Tour 9630) to upload some nice photos onto my Facebook profile. So I logged onto my profile after verifying my location on my laptop. For some strange reason it claimed I was trying to access it from Canada (i.p problem or something, I was on the eastern coast of NC) but I still verified it. I then uploaded a single picture and it went to my account fine. But ever since then, when my mother uploads her pictures from her phone, they get posted in my account...for all of my friends to see. We've tried logging out and in to her account countless times. Even when she is logged in, it goes to my account. My mom is very unique which only adds fear to my problem. God help me.

If you've logged yourself out and her back in, and nothing, try deleting the Facebook app from the BlackBerry (options > Advanced > Applications, find it and delete it). Reboot with a powered on battery pull.

Now, re-add the app from the browser at Facebook for BlackBerry smartphones

Sorry, but I'm finding this a tad bit entertaining....

If only I didn't think all that social networking crap spread wayyyyy to much personal info out there for the world to see, I'd be searching like hell to try and find out how "unique" this kid's mom really is

Haa Haa to that!!! And I agree on the "social networking"

As for the Facebook issue, my girlfriend had a similar problem with another phone number getting attached to her account, etc.

I would suggest going through the settings on Facebook itself to see what is set up. Her phone probably got added to your account. Probably not a Blackberry problem at all.
