Default 9630 Tour work with T-mobile????

I just got a 9630 Tour it works on T-Mobile except for my pic messages, email, bb messenger and NO INTERNET I dont even have a browser icon. I spoke with T-Mobile numerous times and they have not been able to help. Is there anyone out here that has run into othis problem and can help? Can the 9630 tour work to its capability with T-mobile. Please help Thank you Ed

Is it a Sprint or Verizon branded 9630? The Sprint devices are already unlocked to use on other networks, not sure about Verizon.

Did T-Mobile put a BlackBerry Data Plan on your line/SIM card?

Default Verizon 9630

It is a Verizon 9630 that I had unlocked and switched to T-Mobile. The problem I am having is I cant get the service books from T-Mobile on my phone so I have no Browser Icon

Are you paying for a Blackberry Data plan? You NEED that for the RIM specific apps to work.

You need the t-mobile service books! Follow these directions: Unlocked Storm on AT&T or T-Mobile

I know it says its for the Storm, but it will work for the tour as well.

You cannot get internet or use picture messaging with a tour on tmobile as they do not have the correct service book for this
