Default Replacement phone: "To record a video, insert a media card"

Please Login to Remove!

My 9630 got wiped out, due to the wireless update, so Verizon sent me a replacement phone. I just tried to shoot a video and it said "To record a video, insert a media card." My old 9630 (the one that got wiped out) never gave me this error so my question is: Is there a media card still in my old one that I need to put in the new one? I didn't even know I had one, but I need to do this before I have to send the old one back. Thanks.

Well, have you looked at the former device and removed the Media Card from it?
