I have just purchased two Blackberry Tours within the past week from Verizon. Each one has a problem: Sporadically, the people I call cannot hear me, but I can hear them. No one can figure this out. I have done a hard wipe, and everything else I can possibly think of. Can someone help me, please?

Is this happening at the same place and/or time? Are you in a signal fringe area?

My guess is that it is a signal issue more than an OS issue if it happens at the same location most of the time.

It does not happen with any one caller or any one location.

I think the callers get cut off when I receive a new email. What do I do?

hi everyone i just bought a blackberry tour unlocked for use with my at&t sim card. my bbm is working fine as is calls and texts however when i go to type a website in the browser i get this message "your device does not currently have any browser configuration system service book entries". also EDGE appears at the top right hand corner. if anyone can help it would be much appreciated
