Default Help!

I have just purchased two Blackberry Tours within the past week from Verizon. Each one has a problem: Sporadically, the people I call cannot hear me, but I can hear them. No one can figure this out. I have done a hard wipe, and everything else I can possibly think of. Can someone help me, please?

Thanks so much!

Is this happening at the same place and/or time? Are you in a signal fringe area?

My guess is that it is a signal issue more than an OS issue if it happens at the same location most of the time.

I think the callers get cut off when I receive a new email. What do I do?

It is considered bad manners to hijack anther's thread, especially when yours is not really relevant to the OPs question.

Please start a new thread in the proper section with your question. Is this a T-Mobile branded device?
