Hello Gurus out there: my old Tour (with screen damaged so bad not a single character can be read) was backed-up with Desktop Manager v5.0.1. Backup file shows 251 records in the Address Book database. When I connect my new Tour to Restore, this Address Book database entry gets greyed making it unavailable for transfer.
How can I get around this problem? Are there any tools to clone my Tour? Are there any tools to extract Tour contacts and email pushed to my device when I can't navigate this device due to a damaged screen?
