I have a Tour and just got a H12. Everytime I hang up from a call, there is a phone ringing in the headset. I have to turn of the Bluetooth on my Tour to get it to stop. Any ideas? Thanks

Since this is the correct place (of the three you posted) may I ask what version of the OS you are running on the 9630 (Options / About will tell you).

No problem. I suggest updating your BB to the latest software version. Look at the top of this section for a link to the newest version. Follow the instructions to the letter and it should work.
