Exclamation Problems with 3G conexion

Hi to everyone!
I got the BB tour 9630 a week ago. Called immediately to my service provider to activate the BIS. But it's not working.
I live in Spain, Barcelona at the moment but since the Tour hasn't come out here I bought it back over in Washington with Verizon as a carrier.
Unlocked my phone with the IMEI code but i think i did something wrong because i can't use the internet or sign in for my blackberry account. But if i use a SIM card from "Vodafone" (wich is verizon wireless with another name) i does let me.
What should i do? My actual carrier is "Movistar Spain".

But if the phone was not unlocked it shouldn't let me make call with the SIM card of another carrier and it does.
