I recently received a company issued Tour with Verizon as carrier. I can see all the folders in my Outlook Inbox, and all subfolders within my Inbox. I cannot, however, see any content in any of the subfolders when using View Folder. All the subfolders are empty when viewed on my BB. Is there some device specific setting I'm missing, or is this handled at the BB Administrator level? I've got mail routed to specific subfolders depending on sender and unfortunately cannot see any of these messages unless I log into my account from my laptop. One of the senders is my boss, so naturally I'd like to see what he is sending me...

You need to set up Folder Redirection on any subfolder you want to have redirected to the handheld. It's only Inbox and Sent by default.

Your BES admin should be able to assist you with this, or you can search here for 'folder redirection' and do it yourself from the handheld.
