Question Sprint BlackBerry 9650 default PIN1 and PIN2 for SIM card?

Please Login to Remove!

I went to a Sprint service center and also called Sprint BlackBerry tech support and Sprint worldwide support and they were all clueless. I was told to contact BlackBerry directly. I can't seem to find a contact email at BlackBerry, so I'm posting here.

I have a BlackBerry 9650 with Sprint. It has a SIM card for international use. There is a default PIN1 and PIN2 code that I need to enter in order to be able to secure my SIM card. I only have 1 retry left on both and then it will lock out my SIM card and it will no longer work.

Who do I contact to get this default PIN1 and PIN2?

Thanks in advance.

This forum is not associated with RIM.

Usually, PIN codes on the SIM card are ones you set, they don't normally come with them already set.
Have you tried the obvious default ones already? 12345 and 0000
