New email: <Lookup> not working anymore
 
I am just now seeing that the <Lookup> feature is no longer working when I create a new email, forward an email, or add another recipient when replying to an email. I am on v5.0.0.591 OS and don't really know when this started. I typically just reply or reply all.

Even if I manually add an email address, the <Send> option isn't available. <Save> and <Discard> are my only options.

Does anyone else have this issue?

Facebook
LinkedIn
Google Voice/Mobile

Sounds like you lost your BES activation. Have you recently upgraded the OS on your device?
If so, then you need to do a new Enterprise Activation after the OS upgrade completes.

I upgraded the OS when it first came out a few months ago. I still get emails from our corporate exchange server. Does this make a difference?

Have your BES admin resend your service books. Maybe the ALP [Desktop] service book is corrupt.
