i have the blackberry 9630 Tour and i am being charged for message delivery report but i have never switched it on and carnt find any where on my phone to check if its on ???? i have tried options - sms - and its not in there ???????????? help plz

I believe its under messages [icon] - menu - options - general options

Might depend on OS version as well. If you're talking about "Confirm Delivery & Confirm Read", they are in messages [icon] - menu - options - email settings on OS v5. Note these settings are unique for each email address you have configured on the device.
