I updated the tour today. And now everything is gone...except for my apps and my email accounts. I plugged it into my laptop and updated the phone and it said it did a backup prior to the upgrade but now I can't access the backup...
My phone book is empty as well as my BlackBerry Messenger.

I click on "restore from email option" within BBM's options but then it says "checking email status" but never changes.

Please advise.

Try a restore of the backup again.
