I have a unique setup. The company that I work for has an exchange server, with two email domains, so we use a webexchange interface for forward messages to our blackberrys.

The problem is that when I incorporate a rule on outlook say "email from Boss put into Boss" Folder. I do not receive the message on my blackberry I know that the blackberry only looks at the inbox from the email address but I am guessing there is a way to have these show up on the blackerry.

What I have done thus far:
I have tried to "re-direct" my email into different folders on my bb but when I open the option it does not allow me to redirect anything. Second, I have gone into the folder option from messages and I do not have a folder for the email account, thus not allowing me to see the rule folders that I have created?

Please advise I welcome any help!

Sub-folders are only supported on BES. If you're using BIS you cannot get emails once Outlook puts them in sub-folders.
