how can I get a fresh start on my 9630. I'm running win7 64 bit JL cmd don't seen to work. or I can't get it to open? I have on here now 5.0.983 from sprint.
and then I think I want to go back to the 5.0 .419 the reason is i can't wireless sync my contacts. the calender will work and I see it's set but I can't change the contacts to sync.

There is no sync support for 64 bit Windows/Outlook right now. It is expected sometime in the 1st quarter of 2011.

Might try BBSAK (BB Swiss Army Knife) to see if it will support it.
