Default Visual Voicemail

Hi Everyone,
I'm having trouble setting up my visual voicemail. Using a bold 9650 os 6 on verizon.
I try to log in in and it says the mailbox is not set up for visual voicemail, and directs me to web and then the request times out
any suggestions?

Call Verizon. You need to subscribe to their visual voicemail service. It's an additional monthly charge.
