Desktop on MAC not recognizing after update

I have a Macbook and have always backed up my blackberry with no issues. Last week, I connected my 9630 to the Macbook and upon recognizing the phone, I was notified of the update and said yes. Ever since then, my phone is not recognized upon connection to the Macbook, therefore I cannot update my phone.

Can anyone please help me???

Maybe try running the OS updated again. You might need access to a pc in order to run JL_Commander first. Info in the FAQ section.
