Good day, I have a problem with my bold 9650. The auto focus is missing in my phone's camera and now if I wanna snap, my phone will just hang and reboot itself. What do I do to resolve it. Thanks

There is no reason to post more than once on the same topic.

If you haven't already, search on BlackBerry 9650 camera ... I got a lot of hits and looked at a few. No one solution jumped out at me, but I got the sense there is an issue. My advice is read through the threads and try what others say worked for them. For example, some app by the name of Smart Wifi may conflict with the camera (or maybe not).

My advice other than that is to try a hard reset first. If that doesn't work, then look at apps, themes, memory, microSD card ... and as last resort try an OS reinstall or upgrade.

I would agree with aiharkness but you could try a battery pull first to see if it helps.
