Before I begin please note that I have read other threads about this issue and cant seem to find a straight answer. Can anyone tell me if they have successfully resolved an issue with the VM from emails using cooperate email.

are you talking about MP3 attachments not being supported by the attachment service in V5 when running on Win 2008 hosts ?

can your vmail system use a different codec ?
