Default Rogers 9700 Release

Please Login to Remove!

According to Crackberry:
Rogers BlackBerry Bold 9700 Launch Approaching Fast! | CrackBerry.com

Should be soon. I'm holding out as my BB broke and I'm stuck on a pretty bad Sony Ericsson w580i currently. I'll be happy if it actually does come out.

I've heard of other people having problems ordering online as well. So something might be off or not setup correctly on Rogers end.

No mention of TalkSpot/UMA compatibility...the phone is capable of this...did Robbers cripple it?

If they did that, the only business Rogers will be getting from me anytime soon is an ECF. That's if they can collect it.

Yep, seems like it may have just been a temporary glitch.

Is that a promo or all of them come with the 2GB card? I'm gonna try and pick up one in store either tomorrow or Friday.

Are you sure its not in the device already? as opposed to just in the box.

Does anybody here from Vancouver know of stores that have the 9700 in stock right now?

Lex, ya actually Fraser Valley Wireless said some stores are getting 3 and some 5.. Via UPS on Thursday...

Just ordered mine over the phone.. . My 9700 should arrive Friday or Monday they said... PRAYING For Friday.. I need a light at the end of my tunnel after the week i've had.

Trust me!

But I wrote a blog post detailing the basic differences between the specs on the 9700 and the specs on my Current 9000. Yes, they're slight upgrades, it's not truly dramatic, but it should make for a much cleaner phone.

Trust me... I've been waiting for this for weeks to come out because most of Rim's other products just don't do it for me. This 9700 will be my 5th Blackberry.

Dan
