Just got off the phone with Rogers to inquire about my order I placed yesterday morning and why I haven't gotten my tracking number and they advised me that they are out of stock.

I'm so pissed with Rogers now it's not funny!

Really? I Have read that some people have been getting their phones as soon as the day after they order them. I ordered mine today and they said 3-5 business days, I'm hoping to get it before the end of the week..

I just picked mine up today. I called 8 Rogers stores and finally found a place that had 1 left. I rushed over and got it.

I think i'll give my 9000 to my wife, she hates her iphone.

I love the optical track pad. So much better then the track ball, IMO.

Now they're telling me it's in stock.

They should be getting more in a few days. I stopped by a store today and they told me "tomorrow or Tuesday." The store didn't even have a dummy on display. The dummy was at the back and I had to ask for it.

Going to check around today.

Check Rogers Video stores. seems those received priority and got them sooner (some as many as 20 units)

I called a few hours ago, said they were out of stock on Tuesday (not obviously what they said to me on the phone when I ordered it Tuesday myself..) Said by friday or Monday id' be here...

Called today and they said it hadn't even been shipped yet or packaged... GRR!

Frustrating.

P.S. Tom... I dunno what they're like in Ontario but in B.C. video stores only carry pearls and basic phones and stuff, they never carry iPhones or descent smartphones.

Fairview Mall Rogers had 10 in stock half and hour ago. got my 9700 there

That's a shame, the majority of them here carry the full Rogers line up. You would think it would be the same nationwide. Good luck on your search!

But at the time (Thursday) they weren't.

When did you order and when did you get it? I ordered on the 4th, and I still haven't gotten mine :/. I just called them and they said they are out of stock, but I see people getting them left and right. Can't go in store either...I am so sick of this company.

The douche bags are giving preference to new subscribers and not selling the phones outright.

It's totally retarded, I ordered Mine Tuesday of last week and they had it in stock and should be here by Friday or Monday... monday's almost over Friday's long gone -- Still no Bold 9700... Should have just gone into the store when they got them on Thursday :(

What a rip-off.

Just talked with Fraser Valley Wireless in Langley and they had said last week they'd have some in Thursday... It's Monday and they're still waiting on a shipment, figure they'll be here this week... I should have told them not to hold their breath..

When then 8900 came out we ordered over a hundred. Was told daily that they'd ship today and 2 weeks later we got 20.

Rogers is full of false promises. I'm now buying Bell branded and unlocking them.

Just called the call center again today (called yesterday too) and here's they gyst...

Yesterday I called and they said next week... maybe!

Today I called and they said to call later in the week as they were awaiting the next shipment of the device and they had no ETA at all on when that might come.

They are completely out of stock on this device.

I ordered mine Tuesday with the ETA given of Friday or Monday, it's of course NEXT Tuesday and still no device.

Rogers told me 7-10 business days, but I got it in about 4 days....

I got mine in hand within 24 hours after ordering from Customer Relations.
