Default Back-up of 9700 using latest BBDTM

Please Login to Remove!

I recently spoke with a tech at RIM who recommended that I do a one way back-up using the latest Blackberry Desk Top Manager. I am on a PC using Vista Ultimate and have a 9700. Everything was synched with outlook.

So heres the problem- The Desk Top Manager is not taking the full contact and bringing it over to the 9700- for instance lets say I have a contact with 3 phone numbers in it 2 emails ect, when Im done its only transfering 1 of each, the Whole Complete contact is not getting transferred.

Anyone have any bright Ideas, BTW I am not using Enterprise.

Thank You

Default

Are there any custom fields in Outlook for each contact that is NOT fully transfering over information to the BB via BBDM? If so then those fields may need to be mapped on BBDM so that they're identified for the Two-Way Sync to the 9700.
