So I somehow have 2 facebook apps and cannot delete one of them.

How are you trying to delete them?

there wasnt a delete button. i got my phone unlocked today and when the girl tested it with a diff SIM card, i guess it somehow added a new facebook app.

Check under Options > Applications and see if you actually have 2 Facebook applications installed ....... delete one from there if you want. I am thinking one of them is just a service book ........ if so, delete the extra service book or simply hide the extra icon; it's not eating any space if it's just a service book icon.
