Default Missing email reconciliation options for 2nd email address Bold 9700

Please Login to Remove!

I have 2 BIS email addresses going to my bold 9700. Ken1 is my default for calendar and messaging. In the Email Reconciliation options, I can change the options for Ken1 ("delete on," "wireless reconciliation," and "on conflicts"), but I don't have any such choices for my Ken2 email address.

In particular, the default appears to be "prompt" for "delete on..." which is quite annoying. Every time I delete an email message, it prompts me if I want to delete it on the handheld, mailbox or both.

I have CICAL and CMIME service books for both email addresses. I tried a battery pull and resending the service books.

Any ideas? Thanks.

What OS version are you currently running; I have all three options on all three email accounts.

As far as the prompt on delete goes; I am pretty sure you will always see that, regardless of any setting. Sort of a safety thing to ensure you don't delete an email by mistake.

No, the prompt can be changed with the setting that the OP mentions.

When you are in the settings for that, usually (if 2+ accounts are present) at the top is the email address of the settings you are changing.
highlight, click and scroll to the other email, and the settings for that address will appear.

Woops ......... I stand corrected. Apparently I didn't hit save after changing my settings; my bad!
