Do you have a BlackBerry data plan?

Hm... browsing the Orange website, I see the monthly plans for the 9700, and the "Panther" plan includes push e-mail. But I can't find any references to BlackBerry data (other than e-mail).

The only things I can think of would be you don't have a proper BlackBerry data plan or your phone/service isn't provisioned properly. I'm not familiar with e-mail only plans, so I don't know how that works for BlackBerry devices.

It isn't email only, as it comes with internet, but you need it to use blackberry features.
Its basically a blackberry data plan, but uk carriers call it Email plan or Email booster.

Ah. I see. So either jdoyle42 doesn't have the "Panther" plan, or it's not provisioned correctly, I suppose.

Wirelessly posted

If you do have a data plan and you're on a BES (getting service through your company), then it could be a problem with your BES peer-to-peer key. Speak to your BES admin about it.
