Yesterday my phone died, even though it had most of a full charge, and now it won't turn back on. I've tried charging it and taking the battery out overnight. The only response the phone will give is the red light in the top right corner. When I put the battery back in the light comes on for about ten seconds and then disappears. Does anyone know what might have happened, or how I could fix it? Thanks

Have you dropped it, taken it in the bathroom during a shower, or anything else that could cause physical damage to it?

I dropped it once but I have it in a pretty resilient case. If that is what caused the problem, is there anything I can do to fix it?
