Since you're new here, we need to explain a few things. First of all, welcome to the forums.

Regarding your multiple postings... you need to post your question one time, in only one place, and then wait for someone to respond. This is a user based community, and as such, we're all "volunteers" and, like you, customers and users of one provider or another, who use BlackBerry devices... because there is no paid staff to monitor these forums, it often takes a while for some questions to be answered. Posting the same question twice in 45 minutes because no one responded is not acceptable.

In addition to posting your questions, you are also free to use the SEARCH function at the top of each forum to search for answers to your questions - many of which have already been asked and answered here.

Again, welcome to the BlackBerryForums, and please look around, get familiar with how this place works, and then just be patient...
