Video streaming lags any fix?

Hi guys/gals
I live in brisbane australia and
Was wandering how to watch video streaming fastest way possible. I find it a lot of times lags soo much. Surely there's an app out there or some way I can watch streaming videos without hassles. I mean I c iphones watch streaming all the time without problems, don't tell me bb9700 can't do it as well.

Also a lot of sites I find when downloading a video it cuts out near the end of the download and hence can't get the video, any of u people have this problem

I do no that we can't get flashplayer on bb which sux but other then that I lovee this phone, if only I can watch streaming video with no probs

You don't say what the source of the video is. And you don't say what your data network speed -- GPRS, EDGE, 3G, wifi -- is at the time.
