Not sure. Is there any pattern to the attachments that don't go through versus those that do? Is it a problem with everyone you forward to, or one person? How do you know they don't go through? That is, are you sure the problem is on your end? Do you have another email you can add to BIS and use it for a while? Have you tried resending service books to see if that helps?
