Default Connectivity Problems

Please Login to Remove!

My BlackBerry won't connect to anything data related, even though I have lots of credit on my phone. When I run a diagnostics test it says Blackberry not connected, and I can't figure out how to get it back up and running.

One of my apps says "No Data Available. Connection Method: BIS"

Any suggestions?!

Have you contacted your provider? It is possible that there's a data outage of some sort.
