Hi guys...
Not sure what happened to my bb, but i cant link my office emails anymore.
It all started last week when i changed my password on my email. So i had to update the password on the bb mobile too. But after i tried to update it, it kept saying password was wrong.
So i tried to update the password via the internet website. Which kept telling me the server address is wrong.
Settings i tried
used the
POP/IMAP setting
Email Addy: ****@intergrah.com
Email Server: webmail.intergraph.com.au
Result: Cannot connect to email server or invalid server name:
tried the
Microsoft® Exchange (using Microsoft ® Outlook® Web Access):
Web access URL:
http://webmail.intergraph.com.au/exchange Result: Please verify Email address, User Name & Password
tried the

Result: Cannot connect to email server or invalid server name
Please advise what i can do? I have tried both my service provider, and my IT dept, who all maintain there is nothing wrong, and there were no changes to our IT infrastructure nor security.
*the bb withdrawal symptoms are getting bad...
