I have searched the forum and can't find an answer so here goes...

I have a Bold 9700 and am using a Mac PowerBook Pro with Entourage. I have one email address that is an Microsoft Exchange address and a couple of POP email addresses that are set up through the BIS.

My problem is that at some point when I synced my BB I got some of my contacts onto the default contact list called "Desktop" and the rest in a list titled "Unknown". Now, the Unknown ones won't sync with Entourage.

So I need to get rid of BOTH contact lists (Desktop and Unknown) and start over. I know how to use RSET to empty them but when I resync, Unknown comes back.

Please help me either move my Unknown contacts into the Desktop one or get rid of both and start over.
