I'm thinking of getting a 9700 - I've currently got a Windows Mobile phone.

Can someone tell me what the built in apps are like?
Contacts/Tasks/Memo.
Can they sync with Outlook?

What are the built-in apps like to use - do you know of any websites where I can see screenshots/reviews?

Are you near a store that has one on demo you check out. That may make it simpler for you if you can. As far as apps go, you can do pretty much anything on a BB that you can on a WinMo phone. I switched from an HTC Tilt
